## Send an Invitation

1. Navigate to the **Organisation** page using the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the **Members** tab or **Invitations** tab.
3. Click **Invite Member**.
4. Enter the email address of the user you would like to add.
5. Select a role for the user. This defines what they will have access to.
6. Click **Invite Member**.

You can see the permissions for the selected role by clicking the **Permissions** collapsible dropdown.

## Accept an Invitation

### Via Email

To accept an invitation via email:

1. Go to your emails.
2. Find the invitation email.
3. Click **Accept Invitation**.

### Via Scopious App

If you already have an existing Scopious account, you can accept the invitation via the application:

1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner.
2. Click **My Profile**.
3. Go to the **My Pending Invitations** tab.
4. Click the green **check mark **button.

## View Invitations

To view all unaccepted invitations:

1. Navigate to the **Organisation** page using the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the **Invitations** tab.
3. Users that have not yet accepted their invitation will be shown here.

## Delete an Invitation

To delete an invitation before the user accepts it:

1. Navigate to the **Organisation** page using the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the **Invitations** tab.
3. Click the red **delete **button on the user's card who you want to withdraw the invitation to.
