## View Organisation Members

1. Navigate to the **Organisation** page using the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the **Members** tab.

On this page, you will see a list of users who are a part of your organisation.

## Add a Member

To add a new member to your organisation you must [send them an invite](https://scopious.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/91619359/Manage+organisation+invitations#Send-an-Invitation).

## Change a Member’s Role

> ℹ️ You cannot change the role of the organisation owner. They will always be assigned the **Admin** role.

On the card for the user that you would like to update:

1. Click the **pencil** **icon **button.
2. Click the **Change Role** button.
3. Select the role you want to assign.
4. Click **Confirm Changes**.

## Remove a Member

> ℹ️ You cannot remove the owner. Ownership must be transferred to another member before removing the original owner.

On the card for the user that you would like to remove:

1. Click the **trash icon** button.
2. Click the confirm button.

## Transfer Organisation Ownership

> ℹ️ Only the owner of the organisation has access to these controls.

On the card for the user that you would like to assign ownership to:

1. Click the **pencil icon** button.
2. Click the **Make Owner** button.
