> If you have forgotten your password and you cannot log in to the application, you can reset your password using your email.

1. Go to [https://app.scopious.co.nz/forgot-password](https://app.scopious.co.nz/forgot-password).
2. Click **Forgot Password**.
3. Enter the email for the account you need to reset the password for and click **Send Code**.
4. Open your email inbox and find the code that was sent. Copy the code.
5. Go back to the app and enter the verification code.
6. Enter the new password into the **New Password **and **Confirm Password** fields.
7. Click **Change**.

You should now be able to log in with the new password.
