The NOC (Network Operations Centre) allows you to monitor key metrics for devices and gateways. This includes:

- Active and inactive device counts
- Connected and disconnected gateways counts
- Connection reliability metrics for both devices and gateways

The NOC also provides connectivity alerts to help you monitor your Devices, Gateways and Webhook Integrations for connectivity issues and anomalies. Once configured, you will receive notifications when issues are detected. If NOC connectivity alerts are not configured, it may take up to an hour for you to see changes in devices, gateways and webhooks reflected in the NOC.
