From the Tags page, you can edit and delete [Tags](https://scopious.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/85917701/Glossary+of+Terms#Tag).

## Edit a tag

> ⚠️ If you have the **Device Data** behaviour enabled for a tag, editing the tag Name or Field Key may cause issues with your integration. Ensure your integration can handle this change before updating the tag.

1. Navigate to the **Tags** page using the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Find the tag you want to edit and click on the three dots (…) menu on the right side of the table row.
3. Click **Edit**.
4. Make any desired changes to the name, description, behaviours or colour.
5. Click **Save**.

## Delete a tag

> ⚠️ Deleting a tag will automatically unassign it from any resources using it. Webhook integrations that rely on the tags **Device Data** behaviour will also be affected.

1. Navigate to the **Tags** page using the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Find the tag you want to delete and click on the three dots (…) menu on the right side of the table row.
3. Click **Delete** and confirm your decision.
