1.10.0 (18 June 2026) Release 1.10.0 focuses on improving in-app notifications, adding new site boundary alerts, and addressing several smaller bug fixes and enhancements. 1.9.0 (25 March 2026) # Release 1.9.0 Release 1.9.0 focuses on delivering the new Asset Tracking feature, ability to view and delete builk and individual data packets, and improved network operations centre monitoring. In addition, this release includes various enhancements and bug fixes. 1.8.0 (19 December 2025) # Release 1.8.0 Release 1.8.0 focuses on delivering 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security, the introduction of a Network Operations Centre (NOC) to monitor and alert on device and gateway outages, and an option to extend your data storage duration for up to 5 years. This release also includes other general enhancements, usability improvements, and bug fixes. 1.7.0 (22 September 2025) # Release 1.7.0 Release 1.7.0 focuses on expanding alarm capabilities by introducing both webhook and device command actions that can be triggered directly from alarm rules, as well as adding tagging support, supported/claimable gateways, and a wide range of enhancements and quality-of-life improvements across the platform. **Alarms **can now trigger actions beyond notifications, including executing **device commands** and sending **custom webhook requests**. These can be configured via the new **Actions** tab when creating or editing alarm rules. This allows alarms to not only alert you but also take automated corrective action, such as sending a restart command to a device or notifying an external system via webhook. Webhook actions can also be integrated with external platforms to deliver notifications directly to your phone. For example, platforms like **IFTTT**, **Zapier**, **ntfy.sh**, and **OneSignal** all support webhook integrations that can push notifications to your mobile device via SMS, push alerts, or in-app messages. This makes it possible to immediately receive alarm events wherever you are, ensuring faster awareness and response. **Tagging **has been added as a flexible way to group and categorise your resources. You can now assign tags to devices, gateways, dashboards, sites, and alarms, making it easier to search, filter, and organise your resources at scale. To streamline gateway onboarding, **supported and claimable gateways** have been introduced. Gateways purchased through **GoWireless **after Release 1.7.0 can be quickly onboarded by scanning the gateway QR code or searching by EUI/serial, and additional supported gateways can be selected from the scopious-supported catalogue. The release also includes a number of platform-wide improvements: New monitoring pages for active commands and command history, improved device battery indicators, infinite scrolling in tables, peripheral device information on device pages, enhancements to the site page, and more advanced filtering and sorting options. Dashboards now support colourised threshold bands, alarms can be cloned or copied, and you can disable specific alarm action types when needed. 1.6.0 (18 June 2025) # Release 1.6.0 Release 1.6.0 focuses on facilitating our initial **device downlink command** functionality, allowing for the execution of both preset and custom commands, as well as delivering various enhancements, quality-of-life improvements, and bug fixes. **Downlink Commands** allow you to manually send commands to your devices, allowing you to remotely restart devices, reconfigure device uplink intervals, control I/O lines, etc. To send a downlink command, navigate to the device’s **Commands** tab and select the command to send. Note automatically sending downlink commands is not supported in this release but is expected in the next release (v1.7.0). **Webhook management** has been improved so you can now view the health status of your webhook integration on both the **Home** page and the **Webhook Integration** page. We have also added webhook retry functionality to automatically retry webhooks if they fail. This is an opt-in feature (so as not to change existing behaviour), and further information can be found in our knowledge base. **Dashboard shading** has been improved to support shading above and below Device Thresholds. To enable *device threshold shading*, navigate to the device’s **Thresholds** tab and add/edit a device threshold, setting the Fill Above and/or Below colours. Note if a dashboard has *line shading* enabled, *device threshold shading* will take precedence and *line shading* will be automatically disabled to ensure a clean looking graph. **Dwell time** was previously enabled when deploying devices in NZ using the AS923 frequency band. In NZ this restriction is not required and so by default all new devices deployed will have dwell time disabled. For existing devices, the dwell time will be automatically disabled the next time the device restarts and rejoins the network. If you notice a device not sending all its data in a single packet (and instead sends multiple uplinks in quick succession), it may be due to the dwell time being enabled. If this occurs send a downlink command to the device to restart it. 1.5.0 (24 March 2025) # Release 1.5.0 Release 1.5.0 focuses on delivering the new **Sites and Locations** feature, along with various enhancements and bug fixes. **Sites and Locations** allow you to precisely locate devices by mapping them to real-world locations within your site using images such as building schematics, aerial views, and site photos. With accurate device placement, you can quickly locate sensors, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. With the introduction of the new **Sites** feature, we've reorganised the menu to improve navigation. A new top-level **Network** menu item has been added, bringing all network-related items together. You will now find **Devices, Gateways, and Device Pools** under the **Network** menu.
